Macro backdrop is liquidity
Bitcoin wasn’t always a liquidity asset. It started as a virtual asset, one based in a cryptographic system that stood out as a genuine invention, and one that had been sought after for decades. This asset attracted a market because of its era-defining ingenuity.
Then, the financial types started to catch on, and commenced the progression toward bitcoin as an investment product. It received flow, making it a liquidity asset that benefits from money migration, or sometimes, the byproduct of money creation. That is what bitcoin has become, and the stablecoin bill is a perfect example of that. It simply summaries the next $3 trillion that will accrue to the bitcoin network.
