The Bitcoin Layer is a research publication to guide readers through the transformative changes happening within our monetary and financial systems because of bitcoin. Consider it picking up where my book Layered Money left off—how is bitcoin changing the monetary system in front of our eyes, where is it on that path, and is it heading to a price beyond $1 million?
This publication will represent my opinions, analysis, and research; it is not financial advice. I’ll be employing every component of the research arsenal I’ve gathered since 2010: global macroeconomics, geopolitics, the Federal Reserve, interest rate markets, price study, bitcoin, Lightning Network, and the future of digital currency. The Bitcoin Layer will be published regularly, delivering timely analysis and in-depth research focusing on how bitcoin is actively swallowing parts of the legacy financial system, one at a time. And at times, we’ll discuss bitcoin’s price and its uniquely violent and dramatic volatility.
The publication is $10/month or $100/year ($25/quarter if paying in bitcoin/LN); please consider subscribing so that I can be here, by your side, to document the monetary renaissance. If you plan to use this publication in a professional setting, please consider becoming a Founding Member. I will also occasionally publish research free for everyone to read. Subscribe, and I promise to stream you intelligent coverage of bitcoin on its path to becoming the world reserve currency.
