They've largely been on the same page. Any divergence in their tenor is likely because Janet has more speaking arrangements and thus there are usually more recent headlines circulating about what she's said. Powell runs the monetary show and Janet runs fiscal, but of course they're largely working in tandem as the separation between central banks and sovereign Treasuries narrows quite a bit during crisis periods, like this one.
